Online Workshops

Through our online workshops we offer simple but powerfully effective yogic practices and guided meditations right at the comfort of your home that enhance physical health, boost mental clarity, and emotional wellbeing. These are simple 5-minute practices and can be easily adopted in a hectic routine to:

  • relieve physical stress and tiredness

  • strengthen the joints and muscles

  • rejuvenate the body after periods of inactivity

The duration of these workshops is from one day (1 hour session) to 21 days and can be customised as per need.

In-person Sessions

We offer individual as well as  group sessions in settings following all social distancing protocols that are usually a weekend/ week-long — depending on the practices being taught. The focus is on imparting fundamentals of Hatha Yoga with careful attention to breath and alignment. We support in proper flow understanding and cultivating a self-practice routine post the workshop.

We also offer customised workshops on boosting fitness, mobility, supporting specific health issues, relaxation modules, among others, for all age groups.

Wellness Retreats

We organise retreats in serene locations, close to nature where we focus on the fundamentals of conscious living, food and how to incorporate a yogic lifestyle in our daily lives in the world.
